Who is behind the Panamá HELPLINE?

The Panamá HELPLINE (PH) is a not-for-profit volunteer community safety organization.

Board Members

T Rob Brown, C.F.R.E. (Certified Fundraising Executive) Rob is also the Founder of the International Film Festival of Panama (IFF Panama Foundation) the artistic director of PaCT (Panama and Cocle Theater Company), a published novel author, and Co-Writer of PANAMA: THE MUSICAL.Rob is the Founder/President of The Panama Helpline.

Peggy Schroder (aka Panama Peg) of The Pink Palace in Chame, she is an online chef and the former President of The Rotary Club of Playa Coronado. She speaks five languages and teaches tennis and swimming in the interior. She is now a Director of The Panama Helpline in charge of membership services.

Yolanda Van Der Kolk- Our Co-Founder and now Secretary/Director of The Panama Helpline. Yolanda is a well known painter, photographer and author (she is also Rob's wife) She and Rob co-wrote PANAMA: THE MUSICAL. She is now the Secretary/Director of The Panama Helpline.

Robert Brown's background

I am a C.F.R.E. - a Certified Fund Raising Executive (retired) and former International Board Member of the Association of Fund Raising Professions (AFP) - the certifying body of professional fundraisers around the world.
I am the Founder of the International Film Festival of Panama (IFF PANAMA) Foundation. And yes - I am the founder of PaCT theatre company: Panama and Coclé Theatre Company.

For safety reasons we do not disclose where the Board Members live, other than to say the Chame area and Coclé Province.

Membership is $120.00 US annually and can be paid as follows.
